Are You Part of the Sandwich Generation

For those of us who are part of this generation, we are moving into management roles with our aging parents and we are still very involved with our children. We have filled our own lives to the brim and are on overload. While parenting our children has its challenges, trying to help our aging parents is definitely stepping into unknown territory. Barbara Perman, Ph.D. of Moving Mentor, Inc. and Judy Yaffe of Homewatch Caregivers will share tips and strategies for facilitating the lives of your aging parents. Whether you live near or far from your aging loved ones, there are many things you can do to make things easier on them on and on yourself.
 
Speaker: Dr. Barbara Z. Perman, Ph.D. is the President and founder of Moving Mentor, Inc., a company that provides moving management consulting and organizing services. She is also the co-author of No Ordinary Move. Dr. Perman holds a Masters degree from Oxford University and a Doctorate in Psychology from Edinburgh University in Scotland. Judy Yaffe is owner of Homewatch CareGivers.
